Through this website we (the company ExpoIn Consulting Services and its partners) provide an online platform, which gathered information on the business events and their organizers, service contractors, exhibition centres and other venues suitable for conducting events, as well as information about basic infrastructure facilities in Turkey and tourist information. The goal of our platform is to make a search of information about the possibilities of business tourism and events organization in the country as easy as possible.
In providing our services the offered information is based on the data provided on the official websites of the described events or companies or was given by them to us directly. Despite the fact that we are doing everything possible to ensure the quality of services, we are not able to verify the authenticity and ensure the accuracy, and completeness of all information, and are not responsible for any errors (including obvious and typographical errors), any disruptions (caused due to the (temporary and / or partial) breakdown, repair, upgrade or maintenance of our website or as a result of any other causes), inaccurate, misleading or false information or failure of receiving the information. Our website is not and should not be considered as a recommendation or a assurance of quality, service level or rating of any of the proposed facility, business or event.
Our services are provided only for personal, non-commercial use. ExpoIn Consulting Services does not own the uploaded photos / images / videos and does not endorse them in any way. The responsibility for the accuracy, validity and the right to use all photos / images / videos takes on an individual person who uploaded the photo, not ExpoIn Consulting Services. ExpoIn Consulting Services company assumes no responsibility or liability in respect of outstanding materials. An individual who uploaded the photo / image / video ensures that pictures / images / videos do not contain any viruses, Trojan programs, or files infected by viruses and do not contain any pornographic, illegal, obscene, offensive, unacceptable or inappropriate materials and don’t violate the rights of third parties (intellectual property rights, copyright or right to privacy). Any photo / image / video, that don’t meet the above criteria will not be published and / or may be removed by the moderator of expointurkey.org at any time and without advance notice.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, all of the software required for the provision of our services and / or used on our website, and intellectual property rights (including copyrights and related rights) in respect of the content, information and materials posted on this website are owned by ExpoIn Consulting Services.

The translated version is just an unofficial translation, and you can not claim any rights on the basis of a translated version of these terms and conditions. In case of disputes regarding the content or the interpretation of these terms and conditions, as well as in case of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Russian version and any other language version of these terms and conditions, Russian language version shall be applied, prevail and be the undisputed, in accordance with the law. Russian version of these terms and conditions is can be sent to you upon written request.
If any statement of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, unenforceable, or will cease to be binding, the remaining statements of these terms and conditions will be applied in full extent. In this case, such invalid statement, however, should be applied to the maximally possible extent in accordance with applicable laws, and you are obliged to comply with this condition, regardless of its inadmissibility, the absence of its legal or binding force, considering the content and purpose of these terms and conditions.
