The center stretches over 500.000 m² and the overall rentable area is 98,000 m² consisting of 11 exhibition halls, which are all operated by WTC Istanbul. The center hosts around 100 exhibitions annually.
Istanbul Expo Center is owned by World Trade Center Istanbul, which is part of a global network of World Trade Centers Association that owns the licenses of more than 300 World Trade Centers in 100 countries.
The easy accessibility of IFM's location also made it an attractive exhibition center. The center's proximity to the airport and ring roads, its location within the metro stop, its large parking area and high vehicle capacity, its landscaping and infrastructure are among the features that make the center stand out.
WTC Istanbul Business Towers, WOW Hotels and WOW Convention Center are located next to Istanbul Expo Center in the same complex.
